Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and understand it can take a few weeks to know if your new items will work for you. We encourage you to make a return or exchange within 30 days since damaged or worn items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund.  Please contact us first to request a return or exchange.

Returning a Product via UPS

A return form and prepaid UPS return label are in the pouch on the outside of the package.  To return your item, fill out the return form and include it inside your original packaging.  Attach the return label to the outside of your package clearly showing your tracking label. Drop off the package at a UPS location.
