How long will my order take?

Our standard delivery time takes about 6-8 weeks.
Can I expedite my order for quick delivery?

To expedite an order, please call us. Also, keep in mind fabrication time may vary as well as our curing process. Orders placed may come earlier than 6 weeks, however, we may have stock that is ready to ship now for you.
How do I take care of my furniture?

Depending on the furniture ordered, be it wood, fabric or metal, each has its own properties of care. Please contact us for your specific care needs and we will walk you through the process. If need be, an item can be shipped back to 3 Rail Studio for a full refurbishment.
Do you have a return policy?

You can return your item(s) via UPS within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased cannot be used as rental event furniture and returned in this allotted time for a full refund.
How much is shipping?

When you buy over $5000, for example two seating cubes, there is free shipping worldwide.
